PoolerGa- Staff was super friendly and helpful, and Dr Bradley (traveler) was kind and professional. He alleviated my concerns and made me feel more comfortable about my root canal. He made sure to take his time and didn’t hurt me me when giving me the required injections to numb my mouth. To say I’m impressed is an understatement.

This place is amazing! Had a chipped tooth and they were able to squeeze me in the morning! The Dentists are wonderful there, understanding and very kind.. the staff are very friendly especially one named Sol.. wonderful experience every time. Definitely my dental office..

I did not have an appointment, yet they got to me with in a timely manner. Dr Patel remembered me though I hadn't been there in a couple years. That alone impressed me!!! And how she took the time to explain to me as to how we need to proceed in the near future concerning my dental treatment was amazing!!! Great atmosphere and exceptional customer service!

Just wanted to say thank you much to the entire Aspen Team for such a pleasant visit I had earlier this week. But, I always get the same level of service each time I have an appointment. The receptionist had a very pleasant and happy attitude, and the wait time to be seen was minimal, and the billing team was great in assisting with a billing issue we had a while back. I have had an appointment in the past with Lindsey as the hygienist and she did a great job. I was very pleased with that experience, and would not hesitate to continue my appointment if she were my hygienist in the future. My past few appointments, however, were with Christa and she is fantastic with her work. Thorough with her work and in answering questions and explanations, Christa has a calming demeanor which makes what is usually a somewhat painful experience a bit easier to deal with. Great job to Aspen Dental and these two Hygienists ...

I have a phobia of dentists, I haven’t had the best experiences. Dr Patel and her staff took pretty good care of me. I could tell she was a bit exasperated since I insisted I could still feel the pokes and prodes, but she gave me more anesthesia and it was smooth sailing after that. Overall, I would definitely recommend this practice.

My experience was great at Aspen. Customer service was excellent. The doctor who did my root canal was great. He explained every to me so I am comfortable. I would recommend Aspen to family and friends.

I love the dental office staff. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Dr. Roma Patel is both friendly and professional. I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist, but the atmosphere is so positive and inviting. Thank you to the entire Aspen staff for a job well done.
